Our company was founded in 2018 in the district of Pfaffenhofen, Bavaria, with the aim of counteracting the labour shortage in Germany, especially in agriculture and in the hotel / restaurant business, and to contribute to intercultural understanding. In the following years, we have expanded our portfolio and are also active in other areas.
We are an international team and have numerous contacts to German companies and authorities as well as foreign partners. We are well networked and
focus on cooperation with universities and associations from countries in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
Our customers benefit from our experience, our know-how, our professional and personal support and above all through uncomplicated and friendly accessibility - 7 days a week.

Diploma in Business Administration Hotel Management, Hotel Master, international work experience in London, New York, California in the upscale hotels business, member of the board of examiners in the chamber of commerce and industry, long term project coordination with leadership experience in a Bavarian educational institute.
