OUR APPLICANTS
- The applicants are graduates of foreign universities who want to complete a further education qualification after their achieved bachelors degree in Germany.
- The qualification can last 12 months and can be extended.
- The applicants have a degree in Agricultural science, Agricultural management, Veterinary medicine, hotel and restaurant management, tourism or information technology and are between 23 and 30 years old.
- Communication in German is ensured.
OUR SERVICES
- Based on your demands, we select a suitable person for your company.
- We take care of the work permit.
- We provide an individual health, liability and accident insurance (Dr-Walter) for the first 2 weeks in Germany.
- We support in acquiring the visa / residence permit.
- We organize the arrival.
- We support you before and during the qualification.
OUR CONDITIONS
- The trainee rwill work 40 hours per week and will receive the valid minimum wage.
- Accomodation and meals have to be provided by the host company. Reasonable costs can be deducted from the wages.
- The trainee must be registered with the registration office (Einwohnermeldeamt) and has to pay social security contributions including German health insurance.
- The trainee has to pay for the travel expenses.
- There is a one time service fee of €450,- for Praktikum4People once the trainee has arrived and has started working.
- The trainees would appreciate it if you gave them a certificate at the end.
